The customer service is good. The place itself is clean.
The shower is clogged, which caused the water to flood the bathroom floor.
There is no key/lock on the bathroom.
The receptionist isn't sufficiently trained in the admission process.
Lanfuage barrier (minimal English spoken)
The rooms outside at the back don't have Wi-Fi access although that room is preferred.
