The "villino" was actually one room, although the description in Booking.com described it with a separate bedroom. It was also advertised as an exclusively quiet and remote place, but in fact was a single room (renovated garage?) on the same (small) property as a larger villa with two units. We expected a space with a separate bedroom and exclusive outdoor area. Instead there was only a room. The door when open allowed direct insight into the room form another unit and the terrace that was exclusively for other guests. In fact - the house and the area around it was over-established and when the other units were filled there was little privacy and much sound. This wen against the description of the property that we expected.
