We loved the floor plan of this apartment. The bottom sleeping room had more than enough closet space to arrange our clothing for a week. The kitchenette was perfect to make small breakfast meals using ingredients from the nearby markets. The upstairs loft gave us additional space to destress with some alone time when we needed it. It’s centrally located between two different subway stops as to allow one the choice to travel by two different sub lines.
The downstairs bed is a sofa pullout so it’s not exactly the most comfortable and firm bed in the world.

The location was great! Clean and minimalistic. The lady who was helping was really great too. It’s on the ground floor.
Firstly, it’s a commercial space converted into a loft apartment, which is not bad. However, it’s lacking comfort - which could have been easily fixed, if the owner wanted to - but they didn’t. The loft bed is excruciatingly uncomfortable and I badly bruised myself just getting in and out of bed. The downstairs room, although private and cool, the stairs are just very unsafe, my daughter almost slipped a few times. The upper section is lacking any place to hang the clothes. I asked the owner to provide me with a rack, they brought a complicated unassembled boxed rack that’d take 4-5 hours for me to assemble, instead of enjoying my time in Paris. Would they have done that I’d enjoy my stay much more, instead I was living out of my suitcase. No place to put luggage upstairs too. Downstairs is much more equipped for living, but it’s really unsafe to go downstairs and if you have a person/couple with you who wants privacy, that makes your own stay very uncomfortable.
Overall I’d say too expensive for the place and I’d not recommend it, or stay there again.
