Very disappointing and stressful stay – not recommended.
Very disappointing and stressful stay – not recommended
We booked this property for two nights to celebrate New Year with our family (12 people), expecting a relaxing and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely stressful and unpleasant.
On the first day, we were informed that the original house we booked was not available and were shifted to another house belonging to the host’s friend. We were told we must check out the next day and check in again to the original house. Every small step required email confirmation from the property, which caused long waiting times and unnecessary inconvenience.
The temporary house was in very poor condition – it was infested with cockroaches, had water leakage, and a strong unpleasant smell.
On the second day, we were asked to check out at 2 PM, but the next house was not ready. The cleaners told us to return after two hours. With a group of 12 people, we had to move our luggage and wait without any place to rest. We were shifted to another house in a different block.
At 4 PM, instead of apologizing for the delay, the host came and shouted at us asking why we had not gone inside, even though the house was not ready. His behavior was rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. We were literally made to feel thrown out with nowhere to go.
This was supposed to be a family holiday, but instead it became a traumatic experience due to poor management, bad property condition, and unacceptable host attitude.
I would strongly not recommend this property to anyone, especially families.
