DIRTY, UNFINSHED FLOORS, BROKEN FURNITURE, REALLY BAD PAINT JOB

Not alot im afraid. Beds were comfy. Bedding was old and cheap (very bitty, bobbly) Fans in all the rooms

I am going to be really honest. And i do have pictures. Gardens need sorting out. ( i was informed about the garden but that was only near check in time) I would have thought they would have at least weeded the patio and cleaned the garden furniture so we could sit out there. Most of the windows were filthy, Patio doors dirty, Half the blind in the dining room was on the floor (so that needs fixing) kitchen was not clean. parts of the fridge was dirty, crumbs in the toaster, cooker hood dirty, cleaning cloth and scourer were so smelly. (need new ones) skirting missing, stubbed my toe on floor between kitchen and dining room as not finished properly. Tea towel was stained. Dirty by bin and kitchen door. lino lifting in kitchen. The paintwork all over the house is very poorly done. My 82yr old mother put her arm on sofa arm rest and it collapsed. Lines on tele in living room. Paper coming away from ceiling. Spindle missing on staircase (dangerous for small children) The beds were comfy but the bedding was old and cheap (very bitty and felt bobbly) lamp in bedroom didnt work as the knoB had fell off. Couldnt get the tele to work in bedroom and it looked like it was going to fall off the wall. None of us had a shower. Just washed hands and brushed out teeth as it just didnt feel clean. The towels were ok though. The house overall smelt very musty. But they had put air freshener cans in every room. I know why now. Inside cupboards were a mess. I was really shocked. I did expect more for the £197 i paid for the night. Overall this place needs a really deep clean and a paint job though out, new carpets and flooring though out, before renting to others. I could add more. I Would not advise anyone to rent until all this is carried out

Recommending, goos stay for families.

Good heating, warm up quickly. Very comfortable bed. Quite neighbourhood.

Shower was badly splashing on the floor despite the curtain. Cleaning could be done a bit better.

Adequate for one night stay

Comfortable beds, quiet location, and nice and warm.

Really needs redecorating. New flooring too. Trip hazards. Lots of plug adapters which I think are dangerous.

It was a three bed property at a good price. Location for us was importantly and this was also good.

There were only 3 forks for a 6 person property. The water was plumbed incorrectly so the cold was hot and hot was cold. The toilet cistern also was warm suggesting it had hot water going in there. The back door was difficult to lock. It was a little grubby and smelled on arrival.
