Small-ish space but it is comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast n/a. Parking is bit tricky (expect a short walk to car) but it is in a quite convenient spot for local trains and buses.
Entrance access was a bit confusing at first. Mini-fridge was noisy (I turned it of) and it wasn't easy to fill a jug or water-bottle from the available basin. However the owner - living next door - was happy to provide extra water and milk if needed. Otherwise fine.

The room was clean, tea and coffee was provided. Comfortable bed, nice patio to sit out in. Brendan was a great host, very friendly and Cody the lab was very happy to have a new friend.
