Nice clean room. I had an issue with the lock but they resolved it quickly. Very friendly staff. Beautiful grounds with birds and sloths. The pool was great for a cool down. Good location quite central but quiet,
The paths in communal area very slippery when wet,

The staff were so helpful, they went above and beyond to help us with tours & made sure we had a lovely time. Stunning volcano backdrop & the sloths were an extra bonus. The location was great as well!!

Unable to flush toilet paper in toilet bowl. Was gross to put them in a trash bin.
