DORMIR ENTRE CUCARACHAS ARRUINAN LAS VACACIONES DE DOS SEPTUAGENARIOS Y LES COBRAN 247€ ¡CUIDADO!

Tras reservar el apartamento para mi madre y su pareja, dos septuagenarios, entre los días 9 y 15 de julio de 2026, por un importe total de 649,37€ y alojarse estos allí, pasaron la noche entre CUCARACHAS, matando un total de 8, las cuales corrían por suelos, paredes y camas de la vivienda, lo que provocó ansiedad en mi madre, teniendo que abandonar las instalaciones a primera hora del día siguiente. Tras ponerse en contacto mi madre con Mercedes, la propietaria, esta dijo que lo solucionaría con Booking, a los que les dijo que mi madre quería abandonar el alojamiento por voluntad propia, no por las condiciones higiénico-sanitarias deficientes en las que se encontraba el alojamiento, devolviendo Booking una cuantía de 401,83€, lo que se traduce en ¡247,54€ POR DORMIR ENTRE CUCARACHAS! Se procede a llamar en diferentes ocasiones a la propietaria la cual desiste de atender las llamadas y dar la cara, afirmándoles a Booking que la marcha de mi madre le ha producido un perjuicio económico, cuando el perjuicio ha sido totalmente de mi madre, a la cual le han arruinado sus vacaciones y encima le han cobrado 247,54€ POR DORMIR ENTRE CUCARACHAS, que para mas inri le han cobrado 47 euros de limpieza, cuando ha estado una única noche, y si hubieran limpiado el alojamiento habrían visto el problema higiénico-sanitario que tenían en la vivienda.

El trato totalmente desagradable de la inquilina que ha arruinado las vacaciones de dos septuagenarios, la cual no se ha hecho cargo de su responsabilidad que es mantener en condiciones higiénico-sanitarias adecuadas el alojamiento, sino que encima cobra 247,54€ por dormir entre CUCARACHAS, y para finalizar no solo no es capaz de responder al teléfono sino que encima manifiesta que el hecho de que se haya tenido que ir mi madre del alojamiento por el problema de CUCARACHAS que tiene en el alojamiento le ha causado un perjuicio económico.
