Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Ft Lauderdale Cypress Crk

The breakfast was amazing and a time and money saver

The only thing I didn't like was they didn't have enough carts to load and unload you luggage to the rooms

The location was close to many food places and they severed breakfast.

The hot tub was cold.

Location was excellent, mostly central to get to the other areas as we planned

The breakfast was mediocre, limited fresh fruits, the only fruit offered was apple and a tangerine that looked unappetizing. They need to upgrade the breakfast to be more appealing

Not much. Just did not hit the mark. Extended stay with a hot plate. The only thing I liked that was the full size fridge..

First the Halthorne is misleading in two hotels and one combined. Often on my third floor reeking with marijuana smoke. On the first day, the front desk clerk was unpleasant and not welcoming. Booked in advance thru Booking.com and requested a ground floor.( Put in the request knee issues) Was expecting to arrive at 4: pm. However l arrive at around 7:30pm. The front desk clerk specifically says to me. l you are late late, you are getting the scrap. That exactly came out of her mouth.. Upon checking into my room on the third floor. Realizing there was no tv remote.. approach the front deskd clerk again and mentioned there is no remote in the room . She preceded open a drawer and took out a rem and clicked on the TV in the lobby after the TV came on, and specifically told me that she can't give this one, because it is for her.. and searching around for another one for me. The most frustrating things during staying at Hawthorne was the extremely slow WiFi and going in and out. Roughly every night at around 7: pm had to McDonald's to connect to Wi-Fi. Did not like the hot plate as part of the Extended stay.
