DONT STAY HERE! YOULL REGRET IT LIKE I DID
The pluses like the karaoke machine, pool table & how big the place was.
DO NOT STAY HERE. THE TENENTS UPSTAIRS ARE LOUDDDDD!!! Booking.com don’t have a review up here yet so here you go, any future lookers. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS RESPONSIVE AT TIMES BUT JUST GIVES YOU THE RUN AROUND. I booked for a 4 day stay and left early on the 2ND DAY. I let the property manager know how loud, screaming, jumping & bumping was coming from upstairs just for him to say “I’ll figure it out & let you know” for the rest of my stay. I HAD TO END MY STAY THATS HOW BAD THE NOISE WAS AND STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN MY REFUND & I don’t understand why. I sent him videos of the noises. They sounded like they were going to come through the floor. I minus well had stayed in a playground. I have been patient and calm about the situation but for me to be visiting out here, brought my friend out here for her birthday which was EMBARRASSING TO PICK THIS HOUSE TO STAY AT & trying to relax because we do work full time & THIS WAS SO STRESSFUL & MADE THIS “VACATION” an HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR US. JUST MORE STRESSFUL. THE PROPERTY MANAGER HAS YET CAME TO A SOLUTION WHICH IM NOT SURE WHY I SENT HIM VIDEOS OF WHAT I WAS HEARING, I EVACUATED BECAUSE HOW BAD IT WAS PLUS ITS NOW 1/19, I LEFT 1/16 SO WHAT IS THE HOLD UP AND WHAT CAN YOU POSSIBLY BE REVIEWING, NOTHING WAS DONE ON MY PART, IT WAS ALL HIS. I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE HIS TENANTS UPSTAIRS ALSOOO HAD TO FIND ANOTHER STAY COME OUT OF POCKET AGAIN TO DO SO JUST FOR HIS TO NOT HAVE THE URGENCY TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YET. Plus the WiFi stopped working & here’s how the couch look. DON’T STAY HERE.
