The apartment, which can accommodate up to 2 people, is located on the first floor of an historic building equipped with an elevator (NOT wheelchair accessible). There are 10 steps to reach the elevator and 2 steps inside the apartment.

Turning the heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.
