Pelican Point is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath canal-front home designed for a relaxed Florida vacation. It’s located just a few blocks from the beach and sits on a canal with quick access to open water.
Outside, the property is built for leisure and water living. There’s a screened-in porch overlooking the pool and canal, plus a spacious outdoor area featuring a private pool, lounge seating, a sandy “beach” section, a TV, fire pit, and shaded relaxation space. A private dock allows for fishing or kayaking. Boat access is possible, though there are low-clearance humpback bridges nearby, so larger boats may require using the Holmes Beach boat ramp instead.
Inside, the main floor has a coastal-style living room with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV, a dining area for eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There’s also a full bathroom with a tub/shower on this level.
Upstairs, the layout includes:
A primary suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower), TV, and private balcony
A second bedroom with a queen bed and TV
A third bedroom with a full/twin trundle bed and TV
A shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo
Additional conveniences include a free island trolley for getting around Anna Maria Island and nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants.
One note: the property has outdoor security cameras facing the pool and canal for safety.
A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

Amazing stay! We go to Anna maria every year and have officially found our favorite home! Only issue was with AC and got an immediate response and was solved later in the day. Can not wait to be back next year!

This was an amazing property for our family of 5. Close to a couple great beaches, but not too close to the commotion. The pool is a little bigger than it looks in the pictures and it was plenty deep to keep our teenage kids entertained.

When we arrived Doug the maintenance man was there and welcomed us to the home. He gave us his cell number and said to call if we needed anything. We did have some minor issues but Doug responded and fixed each item quickly. The home was clean, kitchen well equipped, extra bedding and towels and sufficient space for three couples. Pool area was fantastic with plenty of chairs and shade under the deck and in the upper screened deck above. Overall very nice experience with privacy space to store bikes and park three vehicles. Best part is the close proximity to beaches, shops and restaurant's easily reached on bicycles.
