Guests must:
- Leave the dishes washed.
- Dispose of trash in the street bins before leaving the apartment.
- Place used towels in the bathroom bin.
- Respect the neighbors’ sleeping hours; going out into the courtyards is prohibited from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- If the garage remote control is lost, the cost will be 100 euros (deducted from the security deposit).
- If you lose the apartment keys, the cost will be 50 euros
-If you arrive after 12:00, check-in will incur an additional charge of 25 euros
- If the keys are left in the lock on the inside and you cannot access the apartment, the guest will be responsible for the locksmith’s fee.
