About this house rental
Nestled amidst lush greenery, within a cluster of old houses forming a small hamlet, this beautiful period home boasts breathtaking views of a protected wooded area. A 5-minute drive from a village with shops and services. 15 minutes from Nantes, 30 minutes from the beaches of La Baule or the Brière Regional Natural Park, and 10 minutes from the golf courses of Vigneux-de-Bretagne and Savenay. The location is ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside, exploring the Loire-Atlantique coastline, and is also perfect for golf enthusiasts. No parties or receptions are permitted. The decor is tasteful. Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for children (unsafe bodies of water nearby, unfenced grounds). Pets are not allowed. Outside, there is parking for two cars. On the garden side, a large gravel terrace (bordered by trees to the south and overlooking a meadow to the west) is furnished with a table and garden furniture. On the first floor: entrance hall, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and WC. Upstairs: three large bedrooms, a shower room with WC (shared by bedrooms 1 and 2), and a bathroom with WC (private to bedroom 3). Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided.
