It includes a 2-car garage and a second-floor balcony. The spacious open layout provides a relaxing and luxurious ambience. Enjoy free use of a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts in this friendly community. Minimum stay of 30 days is required, and please book at least 15 days in advance in order to receive full benefits. Complimentary golfing membership is available for stays 3 months or longer. Host has excellent communication! Any questions or suggestions he will get right back to you. In fact we messaged there should be more chairs on the balcony and a table would be nice to eat out there and he ordered one and hired someone to put it together. Home is spacious and very comfortable beds. In fact our guests said it was the best sleep they had in a long time! The guest bedrooms are on the other side with an entry hallway for extra privacy and a good size bathroom. The Master is huge with plenty of extra room with huge double walk in closets and a great master bath with plenty of counter space and a great walk in shower. We loved the balcony area being out there for our morning coffee and evening meals and afternoon cocktails. The pool and hot tub are a few minutes drive or a decent walk. We used both on a daily basis. There is a tiki bar there with fabulous food. We loved everything we tried. Downtown Wellen Park is about 15 minutes drive away and has a great farmers market Sunday mornings with music which was nice to sit and listen to. There are restaurants and shops there too. The Braves spring training is just a short drive to catch a spring training game. Publix grocery is 15 minutes away with more restaurants including a great Chinese takeout. There is also a hair salon and a nail salon both I highly recommend. There is a very nice golf course too. If you’re planning on a month or more stay this is the place to be!

We stayed at this unit in January 2026. Overall, very good with some opportunities. We selected this location specifically based on the unit size, golf and other amenities.Wellen park GCCPositives:Nice community, all amenities new and great shapeGolf course is new and in good condition.Downtown Wellen is great, many dining optionsOpportunities:Working with the club house and obtaining member/parking cards was frustrating and not well communicated – the golf club was transferred to the HOA in Jan. so it seems like learning curve issuesGolf fee for renters was raised to 60pp as of Jan.1, from what we originally thought was 30 ppTee time reservations system is not easy to understand and t times in the AM were impossible to obtainCommunity is still under construction, road construction and closures for pool and sauna were unexpected and disruptiveUnitPositives:Extremely clean and like newOwner is extremely responsive with any issues or questionsQuietBedding is decent, master bedroom mattress a bit firm for me but new Great layout and lots of space New appliances, including washer and drierOpportunities:Unit is minimally appointed, adequate for basic needs but no beach equipment, sports equipment and kitchen is not appointed for any serious cooking, basics are fine. We did point out some needs to the owner, which they addressed quickly.Seating on lanai and counter only for twoInstructions for unit operations would be helpful (trash, lighiting, TV etc.)
