Blending modern minimalism with natural beauty, Odin 3 is positioned to soak up the sun from morning to evening thanks to its south orientation. Inside, you’ll find five generously sized bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, sleek fitted wardrobes, and individually controlled air conditioning for tailored comfort. The master suite takes it up a notch with a private dressing area, a lavish bath, and its own secluded garden.
The main living space is open and inviting, designed to bring people together with ease. The fully equipped, contemporary kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, whether you’re preparing gourmet meals or enjoying local flavors. The adjoining dining area and comfortable lounge—with cozy seating and a large smart TV—make it easy to relax and unwind. A convenient guest WC on this level adds to the villa’s thoughtful layout.
Downstairs, the villa becomes an entertainment haven. Two of the bedrooms are located here, each with direct access to a tranquil private garden. Guests will also enjoy a dedicated games room with a pool table, a well-equipped gym, and a snug TV corner with its own kitchenette—perfect for laid-back evenings or family fun.

Odis 3 is a superb modern property and definitely had the wow factor. It was quiet throughout our stay, despite many neighbouring villas being vacant. The villa is not overlooked and has distant sea views.There is a villa nearby under construction, work stopped during our stay so there was no noise. If this is a concern, I’d suggest checking with Buenavilla before booking.The villa is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, a few minutes from a well-stocked supermarket, and around a 10-minute walk to the local marina and its restaurants. Lively Puerto del Carmen is also just a short taxi ride away.We stayed as a family with one young child, two teenagers and an elderly mum, and the villa was perfect for all of us. It was spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. It also felt very secure, which gave us complete peace of mind.The layout suited us perfectly, with three upstairs double bedrooms and two downstairs twin bedrooms. A welcome hamper with a few essentials was a lovely surprise on arrival, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout.We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and large hot tub. The pool was ideal for cooling off, although families with young children should note that there is no shallow end. We brought a child’s swim vest, which worked well for our confident 5 year-old, always supervised of course.Communication with Buenavilla was excellent, Matthew and David also stopped by during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended.

Odis 3 is a superb, modern contemporary villa with a real wow factor. It was peaceful throughout our stay, although many of the neighbouring villas were vacant. The property is not overlooked and benefits from distant sea views.
There is a nearby villa under construction, but work had halted during our stay, so there was no noise whatsoever. If you have any concerns about this, I’d recommend checking with Buenavilla before booking.
The villa is ideally located—just a 15-minute drive from the airport, only a few minutes from a well-stocked supermarket, and around a 10-minute walk to the local marina and its restaurants. The livelier Puerto del Carmen is also just a short taxi ride away.
We stayed as a family with one young child, two teenagers, and an elderly mum, and the villa was perfect for all of us. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The villa felt extremely secure, giving us complete peace of mind.
The layout suited our family perfectly, with three upstairs double bedrooms and two downstairs twin rooms. A lovely welcome hamper with some essentials was a nice surprise on arrival. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay.
We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and the large hot tub. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the hot weather, although families with young children should be aware that there isn’t a shallow end. We brought a child’s swim vest, which worked well for our confident five-year-old (always under close supervision, of course).
Communication with Buenavilla was excellent from start to finish. Matthew and David stopped by during our stay to make sure everything was okay, and they were both friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
We had a fantastic holiday and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful villa with all the home comforts. The beds are super comfortable. Extremely clean and the cleaners did a fabulous job every 4 days during our 10 day stay. Very peaceful area (we stayed in April after the UK school holidays). Would highly recommend.The only downside is all the building supplies and equipment in the street which is not nice to look at and spoils the area overall (there is a part built villa on the street, although there was no building work taking place during our stay).
