Short version: it's a reasonably priced small hotel near the centre square of Tirana.
It's a bit difficult to find, being down a fairly uninviting side street.
Room is clean and modern, with a good vibe. Facilities are basically a free-use coffee machine in the lobby, but otherwise breakfast etc are outside purchase only.
There's a decent supermarket not too far away, so there's ample opportunity to pick up something for breakfast to keep in the fridge if you don't feel like finding a cafe in the morning.
Most rooms have shared bathroom facilities, so take that on-board before booking.
Location is hard to beat, though, since it's a short walk to a number of sights, restaurants and bars, so it's ideally suited to a short trip where you don't want to spend large amounts of time getting from hotel to tourist sight.

Amazing stay. Shared bathrooms were extremely clean and everything was modern. Had a garage for safe off street parking - very important because cars get damaged easily on the street. Free water in reception and the owner/manager was very nice and helpful 100% recommend
