Not only was the laundry very convenient, but next door to it is a room with massage chairs which we *loved*! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and occasionally gave out treats. The room wasn't large - but there was space in the basement with tables and chairs.

Tiny room, tiny towels, terrible breakfast options. Found a couple of bugs scurrying around the bathroom on day 2.
