Description of the Spaces:
The 103 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a historic third-floor building without an elevator. The furniture combines modernity and ancient charm, creating a welcoming and refined environment.
Spacious living room: Three sofas (one convertible into a double bed), flat screen smart TV, air conditioning, heating, antique table for 6 people and unique furnishing items. The room is illuminated by a large window that opens onto a large terrace with a dining table, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Equipped kitchen: You will find everything you need to cook: oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, mocha, fridge with freezer and a basic kit to prepare your favorite dishes.
First double bedroom: Spacious and bright, with a fascinating view of one of the domes of Rome. It has a smart TV, air conditioning, a wooden chest of drawers, a mirrored wardrobe, bedside tables and bedside lamps.
2nd double bedroom with private bathroom: Equipped with a small balcony and a spiral staircase that leads to a private terrace with breathtaking views of Rome. A unique experience! The room includes a smart TV, air conditioning, an antique chest of drawers, a spacious wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, large mirror, toiletries and hairdryer.
2nd Bathroom (not in the room): Complete with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, large mirror, courtesy set and hairdryer.
The apartment is completed by:

This apartment was very cute. The terrace was great. The beds were very comfortable and the av worked very well. We did stay in Italy for 16 days and I have to say this one was the most complicated to check in. Every other apartment was able to accommodate us even if it was to just drop our luggage off since our trains were early but not here. Also they send you info on how to get in with codes and it did not work but once I contacted them on WhatsApp we were able to get in and we used a key for the front door for the rest of the stay. They also needed a lot of check in and check out with a short video which I have never been asked to do. The stairs at the apartment is no joke either but the apartment was amazing and they gave you soap for the shower and pods for coffee which in other places we stay did not. The area was also great with a lot of local restaurants which was amazing and right near an amazing bakery gelato place.

Location was ideal; Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Pantheon,Trevi Fountain, Napoleon Museum, Palazzo Altemps all within a 5-15 minute walk. Tons of restaurant options, with local grocery stores and laundry services nearby. The apartment was fully stocked and had an excellent outside patio area. Perfect for an extended two week stay.Great communications with the host company. Very responsive and helpful throughout my stay.The only downside is that the building doesn't have an elevator, so you need to be able to deal with the 50 stairs. Overall great stay. Thanks so much!
