⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein absoluter Geheimtipp – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Ubedas war einfach perfekt und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen.
Schon vor der Anreise war der Kontakt mit den Vermieterinnen Aty & Jessica außergewöhnlich herzlich. Beide sind jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar, antworten unglaublich schnell und versorgen ihre Gäste mit tollen Ausflugstipps sowie hervorragenden Restaurantempfehlungen. Trotz der Tatsache, dass sie direkt nebenan wohnen, genießt man jederzeit 100 % Privatsphäre – besser geht es nicht.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses verdient eine glatte 1+ mit Sternchen. Es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts – und wir meinen wirklich gar nichts. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet: Sämtliches Koch- und Küchenzubehör, ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck, Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze, Essig und Öl sind vorhanden. Selbst Dinge, die man in Ferienunterkünften oft vergeblich sucht, stehen in ausreichender Menge bereit: Müllbeutel, Alufolie, Frischhaltefolie, Backpapier, Spülmaschinentabs und vieles mehr. Sogar Grillkohle und das komplette Grillzubehör gehören zur Ausstattung. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastgeber am Werk sind, die sich Gedanken machen und möchten, dass es ihren Gästen an nichts fehlt.
Auch die Bäder sind hervorragend ausgestattet. Es gibt genügend hochwertige Handtücher – selbstverständlich auch für den Pool – und alles ist makellos sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet.
Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit. Das Haus ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und hebt sich deutlich vom sonst oft erlebten Standard in Spanien ab.
Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde die Casa Ubedas eingerichtet. Jede Dekoration ist harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt und verleiht dem Haus unglaublich viel Charme und Seele. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight sind die beiden zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer, die noch aus der ursprünglichen Höhlenwohnung stammen.
REIN ÜBERHAUPT NICHTS - und das will bei uns wirklich was heißen 🙃

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house near Almería. The location is remote and peaceful, surrounded by a stunning natural landscape. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped, with all the amenities you could need. It has four rooms with eight beds, a lovely terrace, and a saltwater pool — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
One particularly special feature is that part of the house was originally a cave, now tastefully integrated into the living space in a way that adds real character and charm.
Aty and Jessica, the hosts, were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond. They speak Dutch, English, and Spanish, and have excellent local knowledge about where to go and what to do in the area.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough — it’s a perfect combination of comfort, tranquility, and authenticity.
Be aware that the property is quite remote and you will need a car. However, that is just the charme of this location.

Un séjour fabuleux dans un cadre exceptionnel ! La vue est tout simplement époustouflante, un véritable havre de paix. Les locataires de la villa sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours disponibles et bienveillantes. Tout était à notre disposition pour passer un moment inoubliable.
