Nice relaxing holiday.

Dirty, moldy, cold apartment, unprofessional service

Good location.

There was mold on the ceiling and the place smelled of it. The apartment was unheated, we arrived at 21:00 to 13 degrees inside. The jacuzzi was also unheated. The air conditioners blew stinking, moldy air. The next day, after much haggling and after us refusing several inferior properties they gave us another apartment with a jacuzzi. When we got there, it turned out the jacuzzi was broken and it took them three more days to send someone to fix it. Even when he came, he refused to fill it up for us and expected us to cancel our plans and wait for hours until the jacuzzi filled up. Non refund was offered and the there is even a 250 euro deposit we only got back after a month. Be careful because the same company runs several properties in Malta!

A very well located penthouse, but not entirely luxurious.

The apartment is conveniently located approximately 100 meters from the bridge to Manoel Island, with numerous buses to Valletta, Sliema, and St. Julian's. Nearby, you'll find promenade, numerous small shops, and a variety of restaurants. A modern kitchen and shower are also featured. The large terrace with an inflatable pool/jacuzzi is a definite asset during the warmer months. The apartment management team is very friendly and available 24/7. Despite the critical comments below, this is still a very good value, but you should choose it wisely.

The area of 70 m² also includes the terrace. The apartment itself is approximately 42 m². The apartment is primarily intended for couples only: 1. The sofa bed is located in the kitchen 2. The kitchen has only a bar with two stools – there is no dining table 3. The bathroom is located in the bedroom 4. The toilet door has frosted glass, which is embarrassing, especially with the light on. The elevator and the apartment itself are accessed by rather steep stairs (26+15 steps). There was construction works in the building next door. Spending a lot of time on the terrace could be bothersome and uncomfortable with construction workers milling about a dozen meters away. Few other minor issues that detract from the promised luxury: 1. Kitchen lacks kitchen towels, napkins, and waste sorting bins/bags 2. Electric kettle is all plastic with an exposed heating element 3. There's no hot water in the kitchen, sic! 4. The upholstered furniture (stools and sofa) is a bit worn and dirty 5. The walls need repainting 6. There's no shampoo or shower gel 7. Shower has only a curtain 8. There are no hangers or a chair in the hallway. 9. The boiler has a pressure safety valve not connected to any drain 10. The terrace door can't be locked because the latch on the door frame is screwed on upside down 11. The shower pressure fluctuates when using other faucets. The check-in process was also a problem for me: 1. scan your photo ID 2. pay the tourist tax—which was higher than official rate 3. pay a €250 security deposit using an unknown app, where you enter your full credit card details, email address, without specifying money amount, and with a questionable clause that allows for an unknown number of future charges of an unknown amount. Of course, the deposit was refunded, but I still felt uncomfortable. Furthermore, the codes for the key box are provided in the app itself an hour before the scheduled arrival, rather than via text message.

Lovely apartment in a good location with a big balcony to enjoy sunny days and the views

The property is a one bedroom apartment with ensuite, full kitchen with inbuilt dishwasher and washing machine, breakfast bar, lounge room and lovely balcony. It is in a great location just off the Gzira waterfront promenade. There are lot of restaurant options nearby, buses run regularly from the main road and the Valletta ferry is a 15 minute walk away.

The kitchen had lots of great amenities, like an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, etc. But there were very few plates and cutlery. I managed because I hand washed my plates everyday but I think a couple staying there would run out of crockery on the first day, particularly if they are planning on using the dishwasher to wash them. Also, I took points off for attention to detail, such as the mop in the ensuite and clothes dryer on the balcony. While these are necessary items, it would have been visually more pleasing to have these stored away in a cupboard for people to use when they needed them.

Uteterrasse og jaccuzi, kjøkkenutstyr, AC.

Ikke varmt vann på kjøkken, tv virket ikke, teflon gryte virker ikke på komfyr. Parasoll på terrassen hadde vært strålende.

La posizione

Appena arrivato mi sono dovuto fare 5 piani a piedi perché non funzionava l’ascensore, la jacuzzi appena la accendevi salvava la luce quindi era inutilizzabile. Il letto era scomodissimo, appena ti muovevi faceva rumori strani. E poi 250€ di cauzione sono inaccettabili veramente tanti
