Śniadania nie było w cenie. Po klucze musiałem dzwonić do obsługi

Brud,syf na korytarzach oraz schodach. Jakieś niedokończone remonty,kable wiszące ze ścian,sufitu. Problem ze zwrotem kaucji mimo żadnych uszkodzeń pokoju i sprzętu.

Solo la posizione. Ottima in centro.

Sgradevoli odori ovunque. Appartamento non pulito. Non ha punti di appoggio per poter poggiare qualcosa. Non aveva comodini e né cassettiere. Presenta segni di umidità e muffa alle pareti. Nessun ricambio per asciugamani e lenzuola. Asciugamani con cattivo odore e lenzuola vecchie. Ascensore non funzionante. Le pareti troppo sottili rumori fastidiosi provenienti dal condominio. Posizione scomoda degli elettrodomestici. Unico armadio a 2 ante disponibile con all’interno una coperta sporca.

Esperienza da dimenticare!

Upon our arrival, the owner was punctual and escorted us to our room. Calling the entrance “frightening” would almost be an understatement. The building is currently undergoing renovation, and the entrance is hidden in a narrow alley, which made us feel quite unsafe, especially as we were visiting a city we had never been to before. After climbing two flights of stairs, passing exposed cables, hanging pipes, and security gates concealing the entrances to other apartments, we finally reached our room, which had two doors, one of which was difficult to access. At first glance, the room appeared to match the photos and description provided in the listing. However, at 9:30 p.m., after returning from the beach and looking forward to taking a shower, we discovered that there was no running water at all. The property’s description stated that renovation work was in progress and that some services might be unavailable during working hours. However, it is worth pointing out that during our five-night stay we never saw any renovation work taking place, nor did we ever see a construction worker or any other staff carrying out work. Despite this, at 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening—well outside working hours—we found ourselves on vacation without a single drop of water. Given the situation, we tried contacting the host. After several attempts and receiving mostly automated replies, nothing was done to resolve the issue or even improve the situation. Out of curiosity, we spoke with some residents of the building, who told us that the water outages, which are never disclosed to guests, are actually quite frequent. As if that wasn’t enough, the following morning, as we were leaving the room, my girlfriend, who suffers from a severe cockroach phobia, came face to face with two very large cockroaches, causing her significant anxiety and distress (photos attached).

Posizione centralissima a 100mt dalla stazione dei treni e a 50mt dalla fermata dei bus circondata da più supermercati e bar praticamente nel centro. L'appartamento è situato in una palazzina in via di ristrutturazione ma malgrado l'apparenza esterna il monolocale è si piccolo ma dotato di ogni confort dal phon alla piastra x cucinare al microonde e tv Google play. Ho comunicato con l'applicazione ed è stata efficiente e tempestiva in tempo reale
