Bad service by COMFORT PLACE MANAGEMENT
I drove all the way from melaka to jb and reach early..ask the management (comfort places) is there any chance to chk in early..but they keep denying my request and strictly said only chk in after 3pm..its ok..i accepted it and hope after chk in i can rest my body.
During chk in got so many problems coz i was confused on how to chk in and find the right building..i called the management none of them trying to help and very hard to picking up my call!
After chk in..found that no remote control for tv and my kids want to watch cartoon..if not they cant stay quite..i cant get rest and and ask the management to get me the remote. They ask me to switch apartment which i have to chk out from my booked homestay and drive again to find the replacement homestay!! This is ridiculous! Im tired and they are not take any responsibility to make it right..instead they troubling me becoz cant settle their tv's remote control issue! And they give me option either switch homestay or i cant chk out from this apartment and they will fully refund my money!
Ive never experienced this kind of service ever in my life!! This is hilarious and the management was very irresponsible! End up i dont have a choice becoz im fxxking tired that moment. And i said to the management i will stay at this apartment but ask them to extend my chkout for 2pm tomoro (24/6/2025). They still refused! And my last request until 1pm. And they accept it after i said i wont make any complaint to consumers right nor viral2 thing in social media.
For those who want to pick a stay under this same management. Kindly think twise. They wont be responsible on any problems u are going thru with.
Sorry for the bad review. Coz i dont have anything good review to give to this management team. Btw not only the tv not working without the remote..got so many ac remote which not working..the massage chair also cant work and switch socket in the bed room also not working.
