Great place

Everything.

Staff was a nightmare to deal with. Tried for hours to get them to extend our stay and they simply could not understand.

Enjoyed the stay - it was comfortable

It was comfortable and warm

I didn’t like the washing machine at the top of the stairs - felt like a safety issue - two bathrooms great but both upstairs - sensor for gate didn’t work !!! Also the fan in shower was completely covered in dust - simple hoover would clear that

It has everything we needed… a home away from home.

Not a major but I had to step out of the car to open the gate every time we drive out. Doesn’t seem to have a sensor to automatically open the gate to go out.

Everything.
