Location, size , view, and upper floor. Campus itself is epic:)
Some hotel services was not available, like reception check in, but that was not a problem. Otherwise all super!

Tolle Lage
Bad relativ veraltet

Took 3 hours to gain access to the property - we had to wait for a host to meet us, we were sitting in the reception at 9pm with two children in tow - The host that was sent did not speak a word of english which mad ethe whole process longer and very frustrating. I think we got in eventually around midnight - just horrendous. Apartment needed a refurb badly - no cutlery or plates. kitchen area unuseable. Bed settee needs replacing badly - it was awful to sleep on and only big enough for one person - the main bed was great.
In general the hotel is so expensive - I realise we are in Miami but still I didn't think it was value for money at all. There was an additional £150 plus taxes charged on arrival to stay in the private apartment, that was unexpected. I thought the cost agreed with Booking.com was the total cost charged.
We went to the pool - absolutely rammed with drunk people, dancing and getting very physical with each other - this is a party hotel, not really for families. We moved to the beach for a few hours - we were charged an extra £60 for a beach umbrella - chairs are free but you absolutely need an umbrella and they know it, one umbrella between the 4 of us was a joke - we had a snack and drink each on the beach - 2 adults and 2 children (no alcohol) and it was basic food and that's another £300. Also parking was £80 for two nights
