Unhygienic bathroom and kitchen

Location, terrace and size

The bathroom was dirty, the shower was broken, the bath was filthy and mouldy, and the bidet leaked whenever the shower was turned on, even when the bidet itself was not being used. As there was no shower head, water came directly out of the shower pipe, and white, chunky material came out with it. There was also a distinct rotten-egg smell, raising serious concerns about the water and the hygiene of the facilities. These issues require urgent professional attention, and I have serious concerns about the bathroom being fit for use in its current condition. The kitchen sink was filthy and unhygienic, and the crockery was dirty. The overall cleanliness and condition of the facilities were simply unacceptable. I messaged the host to report the broken shower and request assistance, but my message was ignored until shortly before check-out, when any response was effectively pointless. I was left without a properly functioning shower throughout my stay, despite having raised the issue. This was extremely frustrating and demonstrated a complete lack of urgency and consideration for guests. When I raised my concerns with Booking.com, management made allegations about me that had not been raised before I submitted my complaint. This was deeply disappointing and left me with serious concerns about the way the situation was handled. I found the management's response untrustworthy and the customer service extremely poor. I have never written a negative review before, and I do not do so lightly. However, I believe future guests deserve to know about these issues. The property needs significant improvements to its cleanliness, maintenance and customer service. The terrace, however, is phenomenal and truly amazing. The property is wonderfully spacious, and the outdoor area is a real highlight. With proper cleaning, essential repairs and better management, this place could be perfect.

We made it work and the owner was very kind and helpful

I chose this property because it was close to my daughters apartment. The property was spacious with huge balcony However the furnishing was as little as possible and not very comfortable The kitchen had very little to offer , however it was very spacious The property owner was super kind and accommodating to try and fix anything we asked

I didn’t care for the shower or the comfort of the beds and sofa I didn’t like that the kitchen had no oven mitts or towels or any sort of paper goods , soaps seasoning , etc……

Big property, great location!

Great location. So much space! Was so good for the 6 of us

Tub/shower is so dirty, so much mold. Also, water gets everywhere as the glass doors do not cover the entire shower space. Oven doesnt have racks so you cant use it.
