not a good stay due this hosts negligence of their property and zero care for the guest experience.

The location is close to the beach. The sea view is amazing. The pool was nice.

We experienced the following issues: Basics and Cleanliness There was no basic toiletries such as handsoaps in the washrooms and kitchen, no shampoo or conditioner, no sponges in the kitchen. Cleanliness was not up to par with dusty shellves, window sills and side tables and lamps. When the couch was moved to grab a dropped object it was absolutely filthy with dust bunnies and looked like it wasn't vaccumed in months. The kitchen was not well equipped with the absoulte bare minimum and we found ourselves washing dishes after every meal. There was a strong stale moldy smell in the bedrooms Things not Working: The pool lights would come on at midnight and night lights around the pool did not come on at all creating a safety hazard for our two younge children. None of the fans on the properry worked. The AC unit in the living/kitchen area did not work properly as it did not cool the space even tho it was set at 16 degrees The internet would be shut off daily, every morning until about mid morning which was the time i needed to get up to date with work matters. There were plumbing problems with one of the toilets getting clogged. Property was not as presented: The bedrooms and bathroom were shown with area rugs in the listing photos but these items were removed and not present The linens on the beds in the photos looked much more luxurious than the ones present which were low quality and ragget. The beds were also increadibly uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture by the pool is shown with cushions in the photos, but they are completely missing. Lastly there was daily loud construction noise with the property right next door being built. This was not disclosed in the listing. We cuold not spend time at the villa and enjoy outdoor pool comfortably. This cost us extra by incurring transportation costs. Though host responded to messages only the clogged toilet and sponge and liquid soap was provided. Nothing else was addressed.

Great place

Nice view and the villa overall was great

Parking was difficult in the driveway
