Scam alert, do not use this property!

NOTHING ! I did not like anything about this apartment.

Scam alert, do not use this property! We booked the apartment through Booking.com on November 2, 2025. The payment of € 473.38 was processed immediately to complete the Booking reservation. We received an email from the property on December 7, 2025 saying that we were required to go to a link outside of Booking to provide our credit card information. The email appeared to be a phishing attack email. Reluctantly, we tried the link and got a response from our bank that this is “Suspected Fraudulent Activity”. On the day of our arrival, we requested information from the property to enter the apartment. We received another message indicating that we MUST provide our credit card to gain access to the apartment using the link provided in an email. The payment request was outside of Booking. Again, we tried the link and again our bank indicated that this is “Suspected Fraudulent Activity”. We were never allowed to enter the apartment. We had to make another reservation the day of our arrival at a different property. We contacted Booking.com, but we did not receive a refund for not being allowed to enter without providing a credit card. Booking.com has expressively noted on their website that this type of behavior is forbidden. The Booking.com website says, “Stay safe online. Booking.com will never ask for your account or payment info by phone, email, or chat.” Yet this property is mandating extra payment outside of Booking. It is a complete and total SCAM. It has been 3 weeks, and we have not received a refund. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY!

Eingeschränktes Be- und Entladen möglich. Nä. kostengünstiger Parkplatz in ca. 550 m Entfernung gelegen.
