We had a fantastic stay, very peaceful and felt very safe. The Host was very available to assist

The lovely host met us at arrival, he catered to all our needs.

The host was great, the complex rules made us feel like we couldn't fully relax without being concious of laughing too loud ect. Upon arrival you have to Pay a R2000 deposit, which is not very clear on the booking T&C until you get the check in information directly.The noise levels they monitor and the speed limit. You only recieve your R2000 back after 3 weeks of your stay incase a fine was given to you during your stay for noise and speed (over 30km)

You just mest up the holidays for my family

Firstly, they didn't have a booking for me after being in communication a week before , confirming bookings and everything and i even made payment. I rocked up at the venue only to disappoint my family with "there's no booking"

I Didn't like the fact I was never notified about my booking yet I got email confirmation bout everything confirming dates and payment, Only to get to the property and to be told infront of the whole family there's nothing available. What's even more upsetting i was in communication with Efron, who confirmed my checkin time, as I wanted to check in earlier, like 10 or 11am. So the family can rest after the long trip from Jhb. I was still told thats not possible and that another family has to check out the same day and cleaning has to take place which i was cool with ,yet when I arrived 30mins early before 14h00pm, I was told another family has checked in already and theres no booking for me. I dont really care who is to blame or who is at fault its sad I couldn't get a straight answer. I have asked for whoever is at fault to cover my fuel ATLEAST as I had to drive back to Cape town to some family i know. I couldn't find affordable accommodation in that range. I was forced to spend a day in a 2 bedroom house with 7 family members plus my 5 family members. I would rather suggest to the family to drive back early and save dignity. I hope this doesn't offend anyone or get them in trouble my only concern is if you did this to a family during the Christmas Holidays wat does that say about you. Just so you know, my kids are still asking why we didn't have the holidays I promised after passing their grades. So thank you and b blessed.
