Мы не смогли остаться в этой грязной квартире. После ее осмотра были вынуждены искать другое жилье.
Квартира
Помойка, с большим количеством мусора находится прямо у входа в подъезд. Пол в вестибюле покрыт слоем грязного жира. Для того чтобы попасть в квартиру нужно пройти по очень грязному вестибюлю, подняться на этаж в очень грязном лифте и пройти по очень грязному этажу до квартиры. На этаже кругом валяются окурки и ощущение, что не убирались уже много лет. Квартира не предназначена для проживания семьи. Оптимальна для двух человек. Сиденье унитаза сломано. Кондиционеры опасны для здоровья. Они недопустимо загрязнены. Нет места для хранения багажа. Сиденья на стульях все в жирных пятнах и очень грязные. Хозяин на все претензии отвечал, что такого не может быть. Я предложил прислать ему фотографии всех недостатков, он отказался. Предложил устранить все перечисленное в ближайшее время. Видимо предполагая, что мы должны были жить в этой грязи и со всеми перечисленными недостатками какое - то время. Вернуть оплату за аренду отказался. Агрегатор Букинком, как всегда в таких случаях ведет себя как страус. Голову в песок. А с жопой что хотите то и делайте. Главное в этом процессе, что свою комиссию агрегатор получил. Арендодатель спрятан надежно за формулировкой в объявлении -"Оплата не возвращается". Сталкиваюсь с таким отношением агрегатора уже неоднократно. Но к сожалению вынужденно. Нормальные компании сначала получают подтверждение от арендатора при заезде в жилье, о том, что условия проживания соответствуют заявленным, только после этого перечисляют деньги арендодателю. А так, арендодатели понимая, что в любом случае получат деньги, ведут себя как свиньи. Поэтому арендаторы остаются с такого рода проблемами один на один. Без защиты и гарантий.
