Excellent location, great deal for the price. Wonderful host, quite approachable.
The instructions were clear enough along with the videos, for everything.

Cold!! Bad customer service no one helped us to stay warm after we asked for help!
The view
No heat!
Dishonest!
Someone should have come by when we said the heater is not working to help to fix it instead of letting us be cold all night.
We were told someone would come to check out the heater at checkout time not during our stay.
Host claims the heater was working when it did not work.
Heater is very simple to work. You switch the on button to turn on.
We left it on the on button for hours with no heat coming out.
Tried to communicate with host explaining how we flip the switch to on and no heat come out. Host not help to resolve the heat issue or bring anyone by to fix it during our stay or let us know of any other alternatives.
Uncaring!
Host: Let guests know you have an electric heater so they can keep warm if heater is broke.
We were extremely cold!
Please communicate with your guests!
You knew we were cold and did nothing to help!
In the morning time just before we were checking out we discovered there’s a small electrical heater, which would’ve been nice to mention that to us so we could’ve found it in the night when we arrived.
Someone left one of the bedroom windows opened so when we arrived it was very cold inside the place due to the window left open and the cold temperature outside.
Pacifica, CA is a very cold town and to be without no heat all night is not ok.
My son had the flu and needed a warm place to sleep.
It was a very cold night at the place with the wind howling all night making it very chilly inside the place.
It was 49 degrees in the night outside.
Requested a refund for the heater not working except for the cleaning fee.
Refund denied claims heater was checked before and after stay!
I think the right and moral thing would be to refund something for no heat and bad service.
Beds were short.
Positives:
Nice view
Host gave us later check out for free.
Someone else’s hair was in the bathroom on the walls.
The quality of the place was not good and what we paid we expected it to be a nicer place.
Little run down.
