Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα, καλύπτει κάθε ανάγκη. Η κουζίνα διαθέτει τα πάντα, ενώ το σπίτι περιλαμβάνει ακόμα και κουτί πρώτων βοηθειών. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, δίπλα στο κέντρο και στη θάλασσα, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν πολύ καλή.
Λόγω του πράσινου, έχει αρκετά κουνούπια. Αλλά το κατάλυμα διαθέτει αντικουνουπικά.

The maisonette apartment precisely corresponds to the photos and descriptions published on Booking.com, reflecting a high level of transparency and accuracy by the host. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a host who provides a comprehensive introduction to the property and clearly communicates the house rules applicable within the residential complex. The reception is both warm and professional, enhanced by a thoughtful welcome drink, adding a personal touch that immediately sets a positive tone for the stay.
The refrigerator was stocked with chilled water, juices, and wine, while the kitchen offered an assortment of items for quick refreshment – including coffee, snacks, and condiments. These details, though seemingly small, contribute to the impression that one is not merely a guest, but rather a returning visitor to their own private retreat.
The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped, with all amenities required for an extended stay. Hygiene and cleanliness are clearly a priority: provided items include laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, and premium floor-cleaning solutions. In terms of appliances, guests have at their disposal a brand-new washing machine, a microwave, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, toaster, sandwich maker, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, corkscrew, and a complete set of dining utensils and cookware.
Additional conveniences include an ironing board with a modern iron, a hairdryer, and an ample supply of towels in various sizes.
