Pickalbatros Palais Des Roses - Agadir - All Inclusive

Good food, friendly staff, very clean

The music in each restaurant clashed with each other, the animation music was far too loud and bothersome, and clashed with other music that was going on around the pool and the facility. The animation shouting into the microphone during the music was also extremely disturbing. It was very hard to relax with all the noise.

A large property equipped with fantastic amenities: multiple swimming pools with waterslides, a gym, a spa, padel and football courts, and 4 restaurants. The reception and lounge area is very spacious and beautifully designed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a stunning ocean view and a very large shower. The hotel's beach area is a dedicated section within the public beach. The location is very quiet and peaceful, yet convenient: main city attractions are just a 10 to 15-minute taxi ride away. The food quality was good overall, though not exceptional, but the bakery and desserts were absolutely delicious!

Room housekeeping was never fully up to standard, in contrast to the common areas which were always kept immaculate. The bath towels are quite worn out and definitely need replacing. The extra bed we requested in advance was missing upon arrival, but the staff resolved the issue right away. The outdoor pools were freezing cold and hard to enjoy for adults, and especially for children. Heating the pool water would make a huge difference during cooler months. Fortunately, there is a small heated indoor pool, though it doesn't allow you to enjoy the sunshine. Lastly, adding a dedicated kids' playground (with swings, slides, etc.), perhaps in a fenced section on the beach, would be a great addition.

Huge property with a lot of options. Perfect for families. Great food with a lot of different options, good quality. Really clean. Super friendly staff. Nice gym. Highly recommend to train with Ismail. He is really professional and a great coach!

Nothing to complain about.

Upgraded our room which was really nice of the reception staff.

Feels like a cruise ship.
