I had a fantastic experience staying at this house of character.. The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained.. The house was exactly as described, with all the necessary amenities provided.
The location was perfect, close to all amenities, make it very convenient for getting around. The host were extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything even more enjoyable.
It truly felt like a home away from home..
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant place to stay in this modern house.

The host is very forth coming, giving and communicative. You can ask anything. You'll receive all tipps you need. In the fridge there were 2 big bottles of water à 2 litres and a champagne as a welcome. In the double bed and 1 other bedroom there are very good sun blends, practically full darkness. There is a working air conditioning installed (however it's blazing right on you). We received some UK/EU adapters for our power plugs. Some choice of tea although no black tea nor coffee was there. Also there were some cereals however might be left overs from previous tenants. The house is a standard "island/southern" style, feels like 10-20 years old inside. It has pretty much everything you need (some shower gels and soap was there (however gels probably left by someone, soap in the house's inventory), the cuttlery, plates tea mugs was just enough for 6 people, but then all possible sorts of glasses for drinking alcohol. 2-3 cooking pots, a frying pan, toaster (vertical) etc. The house is located very near center at a side road however it can get loud every now and then (aggresive honking when bigger cars try to pass - rather rarely). There is a small bakery at the start of the street (however they only have 1-2 bread types more than any supermarket). The bakery is open from 5 am but the bread is there from 7 am. 3 supermarkets within 10 minutes walking distance. A super small family bar around the corner. You can get anywhere by car within 20-40 minutes max (see traffic below). A roof terrace is there but a) we didn't feel any need sitting there b) the view is rather mediocre on all the roofs around and some nature c) it wasn't cleaned at all. A bit too dark in the living room for a 50+ old eyes (even with the light). Good internet 150-200 Mbps. 20-30 minutes by car everywhere (heavy traffic during the day, 2-5 minutes time loss due to traffic jams). I strongly suggest you take the full insurance for your rental car.
2 major things - 1) There is NO DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE.Nothing major and it's expected in places like Malta but still worth mentioning. You have to drive around very narrow alleys and hope for the best, however we could always find something within max 15 minutes walk. 2) There are 2 small holes in the walls/ceiling through which water gets inside when a heavy rain (rarely) happens. We found a big puddle in the double bed bedroom at the bigger window and downstairs at the window to the left from the entrance. When reported the answer left it open if it'll be fixed. However no damage or watering happened to our belongings. Just don't put anything in these 2 spots.
The appartment furnishing is rather worn out and small bits need replacement or a redoing. Nothing major though. It felt quite humid inside. The fridge is constantly dropping water inside. The single beds are rather narrow, around 70 cm instead of the standard 90. There are no TV/radio channels available (HDMI port available), just the standard smart TV apps (netflix, prime video, youtube, google tv - of course without any active subscription)
