Beautiful location, comfortable apartment

We had two nights in this comfortable apartment. The views are stunning and the location is perfect for visiting Luarca. Lore was helpful and communicative. The kitchen was well equipped and we really loved the little terrace.

Decepcionante y sucio

El alojamiento tiene mucho potencial y las vistas son buenas.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy decepcionante. Al llegar nos encontramos con una vivienda en un estado de limpieza completamente inaceptable: había polvo acumulado, telarañas por varias estancias, suciedad generalizada y la cocina estaba llena de grasa. El mayor problema fue una de las habitaciones, que estaba infestada de insectos. No hablamos de cuatro o cinco bichos aislados, sino de más de 40, por lo que resultaba imposible utilizarla con normalidad. Como consecuencia, una de las personas de nuestro grupo tuvo que dormir en el suelo porque no era posible entrar a esa habitación. Además, nos encontramos con UNA CÁMARA dentro de la casa, esto es una situación que vulnera todos los derechos de una persona y que es ILEGAL. Seguimos esperando la respuesta, pero no la hemos obtenido (nos da igual que esté apagada, puesto que eso nosotros no tenemos forma de saberlo). Comunicamos la situación al alojamiento desde el primer momento, pero no obtuvimos respuesta hasta que presentamos una reclamación a través de Booking. Solo entonces se pusieron en contacto con nosotros para ofrecer una solución. Como aspecto positivo, una vez que intervinieron, el trato fue correcto, fueron educados y nos devolvieron el importe que correspondía. Sin embargo, consideramos que nunca deberíamos haber tenido que llegar a ese punto. Un alojamiento debería revisarse antes de recibir huéspedes y garantizar unas condiciones mínimas de limpieza e higiene (más por lo que habíamos pagado, puesto que barato no es). Actualización tras vuestra respuesta: Avisamos desde el primer momento de la presencia de bichos en la habitación, pero el problema no se solucionó hasta que tuvimos que denunciarlo a través de Booking. Además, pretendíais acudir a solucionarlo un sábado a las 22:00, cuando ya no estábamos en el alojamiento y, nos marchábamos a primera hora de la mañana. independientemente de que estuviera apagada o no.

Bonito pueblo pesquero de la costa asturiana

La vivienda limpia y muy cuidada..con buen jardín y grandes vistas de Luarca Comimos muy bien y nos gustó el entorno donde se encuentra este pueblo pesquero

La casa está genial, y la ubicación con vistas a luarca preciosas, muy tranquila además, aunque la disfrutamos poco porque solo quedamos una noche

La cocina. El menaje era muy completo.

Solo tiene un baño. No funcionaba la TV. La primera noche no funcionaba el agua caliente. El aparcamiento es complicados.
