Stressful
Very clean house and modern look
Struggled for 5 hrs to get in the house our first night we didn’t even end up staying there. Struggled contacting the owner. Booking customer service was horrible. It had me waiting for 5 hr and couldn’t even give me a refund for the first night when we didn’t even stay the night and had a stressful situation. Got hung up on multiple times. If you book this house it’s behind the house in the front so you don’t have to go through what I did.

The physical location felt safe.
This was a horrendous experience (I will include photos). I was forced to find a new place to stay because the home was unsanitary for my young son and myself.
1. Dead roaches throughout the house
2. Trash from previous residents left in front yard and dog poop along the only walkway to the backyard property (it's not the advertised house displayed in the website)
3. Broken furniture
4. No clean linen or bath towels/ wash cloths/ pillows available
5. Used linen from previous residents unwashed including stained sheets (adult stains - ejaculation stains)
6. "Adult strains" on bare mattress (because no clean sheets were available)
7. Stained furniture
8. No trash bags and little to no toiletries
9. Ice and water dispenser were broken on the refrigerator, so no fresh or filtered water or ice options were available
10. A/C and heating unit did not work in the bedroom
11. No laundry detergent to actually wash the previous residents used towels and wash cloths (still wet from their personal use on their body parts which I unexpectedly found out while loading the washer machine... before finding out there was an empty laundry detergent bottle)
12. The actual property is not on the main road, but in the backyard behind a fence (this is not explained in the description)
13. The owner only communicated a few times, via text only despite me calling the phone number, and then the owner refused to respond once I identified the myriad of issues and sent pictures. Specifically, communication stopped after asking about a refund after starting that I have to find a new place to stay.
14. The house is currently on the market listed "for sale" and the owner likely doesn't reside or upkeep the house. The owner also offers no refunds. I later found 3 additional comments (there are only 3 comments... so 100% of the comments) that echoed the same comments. There were no available comments from this website (booking.
