This is a lovely guesthouse, the room and reception were immaculately clean and well decorated, friendly staff and close to the train station.
Easy instructions provided to access the building and thoughtful touches such as umbrellas to borrow and free tea and coffee made this a great place to stay.
Fabulous gelatos across the road too!
Was a little noisy from the trams but not enough to spoil my sleep!

The Room was clean and comfortable. The area was less expensive (resteraunts) than places closer to attractions.
The AC was not turned on in our room when we got there. The control was locked. Contacts asked for time to get it fixed. (We arrived late in the evening). The next day we were able to communicate with the young man who was cleaning the rooms. He unlocked the control and turned on the AC.
