Had a brilliant stay, with family. Bit too cold for us to use the pool. Shark bay is about a a 3min drive away which is

Great location - plenty of space and just a lovely all round stay.

Was feeling a little tired in areas, but reflected in the price we paid, so not to be complained about.

5 / 10

Good location and plenty of space, but the property is let down by poor maintenance.

The accommodation is in a good, quiet location, close to town with restaurants nearby and convenient access to the West Coast National Park. The property itself is spacious.

The property is in need of maintenance, particularly the kitchen. The oven door did not close properly, not all the gas burners on the hob were working, the tap was leaking, and the dishwasher was rusted inside. The kitchen generally felt quite grotty, with visibly water-damaged cupboards. The outdoor furniture also needs attention. The deck chairs were rusty and unusable.

Good location, nice views, disappointing amenities.

Location was good. The house is very big & there is outdoor space. Pets allowed (at added cost).

The host did not let us know that they would be living upstairs. The property was advertised with the promise of having the entire property to ourselves. Only realised there were other people in the house when we heard movement on the second floor the second day. The overall condition of the kitchen was disappointing - the inside of the dishwasher was rusted, fridge's ice maker was broken, tap on the island was leaking, electrical stove hob was not working, gas stove was also not working properly. The utensils were not cleaned properly before being put into the drawer. Kettle was also sticky. The WiFi did also not work (so the tv did not either); had to fix the WiFi myself.

The property is very spacious and offers most amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We had a good overall experience.

The appliances need updating.
