Prezados,
Estou escrevendo para expressar minha insatisfação com a experiência da minha estadia na casa reservada pelo Booking.com de 31 de dezembro a 4 de janeiro. Ao chegar no endereço informado, fomos surpreendidos pelo proprietário, que alegou não poder nos receber e informou que havia alugado a casa para outras pessoas. Ele então nos encaminhou para outro endereço, sem nos fornecer informações prévias sobre as condições do local.
O novo endereço para o qual fomos enviados estava em condições extremamente ruins: a casa estava suja, com areia e poeira espalhadas pelo chão, lixeiras cheias de lixo, e a roupa de cama estava imunda e com um cheiro desagradável. Devido ao período de fim de ano e à falta de opções de alojamento na região, não tivemos escolha senão permanecer no local, mesmo estando insatisfeitos. Vale ressaltar que viajamos mais de 16 horas para aproveitar nossas férias e, ao chegar, ainda tivemos que limpar o lugar, que estava em condições insalubres.
Para piorar, enfrentamos problemas de interrupção de água e luz no local entre 18h e 21:30, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais desconfortável.
Diante disso, solicito o ressarcimento total do valor pago pela estadia, devido às discrepâncias e ao desconforto enfrentado. Estou aberto a negociar uma solução, mas espero uma resposta o quanto antes.
