Location was ideal for us as we were working at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town
Free parking was a huge bonus
It had everything we needed including some basics in the kitchen (tea/coffee & sugar), and an iron and hairdryer
A little garden to the rear with seating was a real bonus
The property needs a little TLC to bring it up to date.
The bathroom shower wasn't great quality
There is ivy growing into and through the windows which needs to be addressed
Curtains are very flimsy and only just cover the windows

I booked this place last minute, and the host was incredibly swift in sharing all the check-in details. She’s very responsive to messages, which I truly appreciated. The check-in process and stay instructions were clear and easy to follow.
The location is fantastic, there is free parking in front of the house, and the house is just as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I had a lovely stay with great communication throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again and highly recommend it!
