Rental was as advertised. We had a few issues when checking into the unit and Katie took care of them immediately. Our family of four found this location very optimal. The kayaks were a plus. We tried fishing in the canal, but didn't have much luck. However, a short paddle on the kayaks allowed us to find fish.

viery good location on the canal system easy out and into water system. great home, very well appointed for comfort. we had a great time at the pool with the club membership that went with this rental. also great price on a boat rental from the key colony boat rentals. we will sureluy go back to this rental in the winter for more fishing. WIM

Centrally located quiet neighborhood with access to everything we needed. The extras we weren't expecting but very much appreciated: beach towels, coolers, kayaks, bikes, a fresh catch cleaning station. The beds were comfortable, extra blankets, pillows. The deck/dock was a wonderful place to sit outside in the early morning and evening, we saw a dolphin and jellyfish on our stay. Easy access to the Cabana Club. We made great memories here, we would stay here again!

Okay at best. The outdoor furniture is not comfortable as well as some of the cushions stuffing is coming out. The deck area gets very hot by early afternoon. There is no shade and only one umbrella. The Cabana club is very nice but you cannot get a chair at the pool due to people lining up very early before it opens.
