Beautiful large home on Queenstown Hill... This large holiday home offers the perfect spot to sit back and have a relaxing holiday. Eagles View is situated overlooking Queenstown elevated for sun and views. Outdoor living is provided from a deck and balcony. A great way to sit and plan your day ahead or unwind and relax with a glass of your favourite indulgence while taking in the close breathtaking views of downtown Queenstown with a backdrop of the Mountains and Lake Wakatipu or watch the parachutes circle and land in the park below.
Because of Queenstown's ever increasing popularity & progress there is now development going in below us on the neighbours property, This shouldn't deter from enjoying this property & your holiday.
The modern contemporary kitchen would be a delight for any aspiring gourmet chef. A log burning fire in the living area creates a warm ambiance on chilly winter evenings.. With its five bedrooms, ( one being a nursary) 3.5 bathrooms, Eagles View offers a variety of sleeping arrangements that would suit all groups on holiday; whether it be for a family, or a group of friends holidaying together. At the end of a long day on the slopes, cycling, tramping or shopping; you can also enjoy a relaxing spa bath while enjoying the remarkable view.
For skiing enthusiasts - less than a 5 min walk to ski buses plus a purpose built drying room with dehumidifier, heater, clothing and boot rack - so warm boots and clothing in the morning!
Apres ski - on the deck watching the sun go down over the lake or pop down town to mingle with like-minded souls.
For shopping enthusiasts - less than 5 minutes direct walk to Queenstown central!

For the motorist - double garaging with extra laundry and internal access, for security of bikes, boat, cars, or toys and with plenty of off street parking for a boat and cars.
For the chef - well appointed kitchen, fine dining seating easily 10, or alfresco meals outside off the kitchen, with a large family Webber family Q BBQ.

Tariff:
All pricing is quoted in NZ$, and is set for a base of 6 people staying.
Extra pre booked guests are $ 85 each person per night, over the full booking period.
If not pre booked a higher charge will apply including admin fee. Always talk to us about your guests even if things change right up to check-in or during your stay. Please be honest being found out causes embarrassment.
Infants (children under 3) are free. Don't add them in booking but let us know so we can accommodate with the cots.
Commercial Linen and Exit Cleaning are included in Tariff:
Exterior CCTV Camera System is in use with cameras on the walls at the three entrance's for the safety and security of the booked guests and the owners property.
Breakage Bond - Credit Card is held on file by the system for the amount of $1500.00

Perfectly located to enable walking into town. Brilliant spot. The hill is a killer on the trip home, but what you get in return is stunning views across town and the lake and it’s a 5 minute walk to the action. Host is very particular, however that is not a bad thing - instructions were clear and the property well organised. The home is on the older side, but that is clear from the photos and was not a surprise. Once the fire is going, the house is very warm, even in snow season. Ample firewood and fire starters provided. The home is across three split-levels so quite good for a large family. We had 10 people (two of which were kids). We had a great stay and would recommend the property.

5 Perfect in every way ! We enjoyed every moment at the Eagleview. Spectacular views, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need, a cozy fire that heats up the entire house and lots of dry firewood. Excellent location with easy access to Coronet Peak & The Remarkables, which is so important with Queenstown’s increasing traffic. Look no where else for top quality holiday accomodation. Everything was so easy, great communication with the host. Thank you, we have already booked to come again next year !

We enjoyed our week in Queenstown. Communication with the host was easy with short response times.Reid’s home is spacious - plenty of room so that the six of us were not tripping over each other or having to share bathrooms.Amazing views and very short, walkable commute into town to meet up with our excursions. Just know that the walk back up the hill is short but steep. Ubers and taxis are readily available if you need help up the hill. Access to 2 sets of washers and dryers was especially helpful for the mid-point of our trip.If you are planning a winter stay, dress warm. Queenstown can be cold in June.

Disappointed that the home is advertised as 5 bedroom, it is 4 bedrooms and a small cot room. There was no extra linen or towels available if necessary and as it was for 7 nights that would have been nice. No hand body wash available which is standard in all homes and motels. No dish cloths or dish washing capsules for dishwasher. Lovely big home with Amazing views which is clearly what you pay for given the high price
