Mezzanine bedroom: Cozy and welcoming master bedroom with a double bed located on a small mezzanine.
Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower gel and shampoo kit. A hairdryer is also available.
Toilet: WC integrated into the bathroom for greater convenience and functionality.
Additional amenities: Air conditioning, Dishwasher, TV screen, Wi-Fi included, iron. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and one set of towels per person are provided.
⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the ground floor and its front door opens directly onto the street. It has no window that opens, so ventilation is limited and, to air the apartment, you need to open the front door. If fresh air matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* At 35 m² (377 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for two, or three for a short stay. With four guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room, and the dining table has to be moved to open it. There is then little room left to move around and store luggage, and the bathroom, which also contains the toilet, is narrow.
* The double bed in the bedroom is on a mezzanine, high up, a bit like a bunk bed. Getting in and out of it requires some agility, which can be uncomfortable for elderly guests or guests with reduced mobility.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.
On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the Latin Quarter, a stone's throw from Notre-Dame and the Seine and a 6-minute walk from Maubert-Mutualité metro station, with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and comfortable beds.
The apartment is entirely at your disposal, and you have access to the entire property.
Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.
However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
