This immaculate condominium has been totally renovated and is one of the few with waterview. The condominium and resort are extremely clean, well kept, and provide a pleasing environment for vacationers seeking a nice peaceful getaway.
The beach is right across the street with an exclusive beach access pathway.
The unit is fully furnished with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a double size bed in the Florida sun room. The kitchen has granite countertop and is fully equipped for meal preparations.

The unit was great! Very well appointed, and super spacious! The location was awesome with a great sun room and day bed for looking out over the pool and the intercoastal. The beach is just a short walk across the street, and in a really convenient location for everything we needed. The French bakery a short walk down the street and the Cuban sandwich at Kooky Coconut were real standouts for our trip. We'd absolutely comer back again.

Overall experience is great. Communication with owner is perfect, gets back to us on time. Site across the street from the private beach. Nice beach.
