Beautiful historic Tuscan stone house located in the ancient village of Cetona, just 150 m from the main square.
Dating back to the 16th century and recently renovated with all modern comforts, the house is spread over three levels and stands out for its open spaces, making it unique among the village’s homes.
From the terrace and garden, you can enjoy an oasis of peace and relaxation with breathtaking views over the Valdichiana, Città della Pieve, and the village’s ancient rooftops. The house, originally from the 15th century, is built along the old town walls, which are still visible in the exclusive upper garden created from the original walkway. Elegantly and tastefully decorated, the apartment is arranged over three floors. The ground floor, accessible also from the medieval inner courtyard, features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A large fireplace offers a cozy gathering spot on cold winter days. On the second level, there is a stylish bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The third level has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—served by a bathroom with shower.
The house offers every comfort: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, PC, bluetooth speakers, independent heating, appliances, barbecue, and garden furniture. A flowered terrace and the enchanting upper garden surrounded by olive trees and roses create a peaceful and tranquil oasis for an exclusive and unforgettable stay. The house is reachable on foot or with a small car (do not attempt with larger vehicles unless you are an experienced driver). Ample parking is available throughout the village just a few dozen meters from the house. The square, with shops, cafés, and restaurants, is only 150 m away.

This a beautiful Tuscany home is located in one of our favourite mountain villages. Driving into Cetona is instant joy, it is clean, quiet and picturesque. The locals seem to keep to themselves but are friendly when greeted. The home is very impressive, as soon as you enter the private courtyard your wonderful experience begins. The home is cozy, inviting and well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet with bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.The real prize is the garden and patio off the 3rd floor, we spent each late afternoon of our stay on the patio drinking wine and it was the perfect ending to a day exploring Tuscany.We will definitely be back!
