Enjoy this spacious rural house in Guillena, perfect for up to 12 people, surrounded by holm oaks and nature 🌳, in a quiet residential area with private access. Its strategic location allows you to easily reach Seville city centre and Isla de la Cartuja via motorway or local roads.



The property features a large garden and a private swimming pool that looks like an oasis, with safe areas for children and elderly people, ideal for cooling off and relaxing in the sun ☀️.



IMPORTANT: The swimming pool remains closed during the months of November, December, January and February, both months included, so it will not be available for use during this period.



In addition, it offers incredible leisure spaces for the whole family, such as a small futsal pitch ⚽ and a 9-hole mini golf course ⛳, along with shaded areas perfect for reading or enjoying nature.



The interior is comfortable and functional, with 194 m² distributed on a single floor to facilitate mobility. You will find five bedrooms with single beds, spacious and bright, guaranteeing rest for everyone. There are three bathrooms, one next to the kitchen with a shower tray, and two more accessible from the bedroom area.



The dining lounge, with fireplace, creates a welcoming atmosphere for sharing family moments, whilst a second lounge with television is ideal for children to be entertained. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and juicer 🍳. It even has a dining table for more informal meals.



The exterior invites you to enjoy the outdoors with several barbecue and dining areas, perfect for family lunches 🍖. The plot is fenced for security and has direct access to a private path within the urbanisation, ideal for walks among the trees. Although there is a supermarket at a petrol station nearby, we recommend bringing your shopping with you to save money.



The house has all modern amenities: air conditioning throughout the accommodation, central heating, symmetrical fibre optic internet connection with 600MB 📶, fans, mosquito nets on all windows, washing machine, tumble dryer and outdoor parking within the grounds.



Don't forget that during summer it is forbidden to make fires on the plot, and the access road is private.
