A self-contained studio apartment equipped with all the comforts of home, nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. We’re in a strategic location—everything is within a 3-kilometer radius, from the hills to the town center to the sea. If you love nature, hiking, biking, or enduro motorcycling, there are plenty of trails to explore; or if you’d rather relax, there’s no shortage of space. Come and combine business with pleasure—our Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge. This accommodations are not suitable for people taller than 1.90 meters. The newly renovated accommodations are located on the first floor of the main house, with direct access from the private parking lot, which is reached through an automatic gate that opens with the provided remote control. A small staircase leads to the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Since this is a studio apartment, you enter directly into the bedroom, where the bed is set inside a small boat. This space also serves as a living room with a kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, double glass-ceramic stovetop, and coffee maker; you’ll also find a satellite TV. The bathroom features a very spacious hydromassage shower.

It is a nice, cosy flat in the lower ground floor, right next to the owners house. They were very nice and courteous. 5min drive by car to the beach and next supermarket. Good choice if you’re planing to do Daily trips
