This bright, newly renovated apartment is located on the third floor of a building just a stone's throw from Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio.
Suitable for everyone, couples and families, it can accommodate up to 5 people.
With a modern style and elegantly furnished, it consists of an entrance, living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom, single bedroom, small terrace and bathroom with shower.
It is located in a strategic position: in just 7 minutes on foot you can reach Santa Lucia train station, in 10 minutes the majestic Rialto Bridge. The nearest vaporetto stops are Riva de Biasio or San Stae.
For greater comfort during your stay, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, heating, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, as well as every kind of useful kitchen appliance.
In the Santa Croce district and near the characteristic Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio, one of the most loved by Venetians, you will find numerous bars and restaurants, but if you prefer a dinner in the privacy of your home, there is a well-stocked supermarket just a few metres away.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

The apartment was accurate to picture. Keep in mind there is no elevator and it is on top floor with narrow staircase. Although, the place is in a quite neighborhood and easily accessible by walking or water bus. Restaurants and sites are walking distance, train station is also walking distance. Easy communication and responsive.

Loves the patio and clean room, comfortable beds. However, they had 3pm check in but room was not ready and we had to drop our bags and then leave again after 10 hours of traveling. Also, the hot water heater was scalding hot for 2 minutes, to the point of burning, then cold. This made for difficult showering and washing of long hair. They also charge a larger cleaning fee than other places. The people were responsive but not terribly helpful past check in. There were 4 of us for 2 days and only 3 coffee pods but we were told there was plenty of coffee. We were fine on our own. The concierge was not needed for us as we planned our own vacay. We loved the patio in the morning and at night.

Newly remodeled apartment so it was very pleasant to stay. The only opportunity is to change the shower temperature lever because we had to continuously move it back and forth because the temperatures were too extreme. It would be too hot or too cold.

Overall: the apartment was modern and spacious, however the customer service experience was below expectationsPros:- modern and updated- clean in the main areas- large shower which isn’t common in these parts of the world - location was great with the train station nearby, grocery store, restaurants Cons:- check in was rough. After planning our arrival a couple days before, we were notified on the day that she would be late. We had timed our train for a 3pm arrival to avoid waiting around for our bags. Our host was an hour late, and then when we met her she showed no sympathy, didn’t offer to help with any bags and didn’t tell us where we were going. Unfortunate and unwelcoming start - towels and duvets were bundled up in closet drawers. Closets had bags of stuff in them. We didn’t look inside the bags. - there were no dish towels or dishwasher pods. When I asked for a towel I was told we have a dishwasher (I wanted to wipe surfaces, dry dishes and keep the place clean during our stay. ) When I asked for dishwasher detergent I was told she would get back to me and nothing arrived by the time we left on the 4th day so we had no way to use the dishwasher. We left olive oil and balsamic and salt so hopefully that helps the next guest. At least they provided coffee, tea and sugar. The place has great potential if the management company / person showed a little more care
