A QUICK WALK FROM CANYON LODGE! LOCATED @ MAMMOTH WEST
This unit offers the ultimate in Mountain Comfort. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this unit is central to all the action winter or summer. Walk to the slopes or the Village Gondola or just relax with views of the Sierras. Situated in the trees next to the Canyon Lodge parking lot, Mammoth West is one of the most convenient locations in town.
The unit has an open floor plan that lets in lots of light. Stocked with all the amenities you could ever need, this is the perfect home base for all your adventures.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, oversized balcony with beautiful Forest and Mountain Views, large dining room table, 3 TVs, ROKU/Netflix/Amazon Prime/Pandora/Spotify audio-visual system with iphone hookup, wireless internet, and a beautiful river rock hearth with wood stove (firewood provided). This two level condo sleeps 8 comfortably with 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twins, and 4 bunks. There are 3 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer located in the unit. The built in humidifier on the forced air unit keeps the inside comfortable and warm when the air outside is cold and dry.
The condo complex features one of the largest and best Jacuzzis in Mammoth, providing the ideal place to relax after a full day of activities. There is also a pool, Red wood sauna, and male/female restrooms/showers.
For other nearby après ski and fine dining, the Austria Hof Restaurant & Bar is located next door to our Complex. At the end of your ski day, just ski to the base of Chair 7 at the Austria Hof Restaurant parking lot and you'll be just steps from our condo complex. Also, we have owner's Ski lockers at Canyon Lodge that can be provided for upon request.
Our unit has two parking passes for the parking area in front of the unit or just below the unit along Canyon Blvd. next to the Canyon Lodge Parking lot. Loading/Unloading/Pick Up/Drop off is permitted directly in front of the unit.

We had a wonderful stay at John’s condo. This was our second time staying there and we would absolutely book it again. The condo is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and felt warm and inviting from the moment we arrived. It feels more like a mountain cabin than a condo inside, which is exactly the vibe we love. It was well stocked with everything we needed and has laundry in the unit, which made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also excellent—less than a mile to the Village, so it’s easy to enjoy restaurants, shopping, and activities. The community amenities are another plus. We stayed in the summer so the pool was heated and the kids loved swimming while the adults relaxed in the jacuzzi. The rec room with ping pong and foosball is a fun bonus our whole family enjoyed as well. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-appointed condo in a great location, this is it. Highly recommend—we can’t wait to come back!

This was such a wonderful stay, great for the money and well taken care of! This was perfect for a girls weekend and the lockers at Canyon were a huge plus!

Great location with easy walk to Canyon the ski lockers are terrific. Cozy living room, wonderful fireplace. All around great experience.
