About this house rental

This house is super cute, 2 bedrooms: upstairs, one with queen bed, closet, sofa and coffee table to relax in. The other has 4 bunk beds ; a double bed , dresser, desk and closet. Downstairs: nice kitchen, dining room and living room (with queen sofa bed) , roomy bathrooms.(one including laundry ). Also a piano, so bring your music!! There is a deck outside, fire pit, hot tub, small freezers for the fish! We live in a wooded area, quiet and lovely, our house and another cabin are nearby. Be sure and ask me questions. And keys / locked doors are included .......

It was exactly what we needed for our Kenai Peninsula adventure. Tucked away from the busyness in town and only minutes from Kenai and Soldotna.

Odie, her husband, and some of their animals welcomed us. They were very gracious hosts.Pros: We enjoyed the outside areas very much and had a fire in the fire pit two of our three nights. We loved that it was quiet and peaceful, something we look for in a place to spend our free time. Bathrooms were adequately clean. Cons: The kitchen was in serious need of a deep cleaning and we felt that we needed to re-wash everything we used. There were two recliners in the living room that were broken and dangerous to get in and out of. The bigger beds were on the softer side and probably not for everyone. There was need for new linens and many old ones that needed to be discarded as they created a smell in the bedrooms. As much as we liked the location and outdoor areas, we would not stay here again.
